Asif Yousufi is a dedicated advocate and experienced volunteer with over a decade of service to charitable and cultural organizations across Afghanistan and internationally. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Security from Riphah International University, Islamabad, and blends his technical expertise with a deep commitment to social impact and community empowerment.

As one of the earliest contributors to Qatrah, Mr. Yousufi played a foundational role in the organization’s growth prior to its official registration in the United Kingdom. He currently serves as Qatrah’s Social Media Manager, where he leads digital outreach and communication strategies to amplify the organization’s mission and connect with global audiences.

Like thousands of others, Mr. Yousufi was forced to flee Afghanistan following the Taliban’s return to power. He now resides in Berlin, Germany, where he continues his advocacy work in exile, remaining actively involved in supporting Afghan communities and promoting democratic values and human dignity.

Passionate about gender equality and human rights, Mr. Yousufi believes that empowering women through education and capacity-building initiatives is essential for lasting societal change. He is committed to creating opportunities for women to have their voices heard and to take control of their own futures.
