Zaman Aliyarzadeh is a dedicated and educated young professional active in social development, education, and project management.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Bamyan before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Bamika Private University, with a strong interest in management, leadership, planning, and human resource development. He also benefited from the ACCESS scholarship program by the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, where he received two years of specialized English training, strengthening his communication and professional skills.
Zaman has been actively involved in social, educational, and volunteer initiatives from a young age, contributing to youth awareness programs, life skills training, leadership, and community engagement. Professionally, he has over six years of experience in reputable local and international organizations, serving as Program Officer, Community Mobilizer, and Social Facilitator with organizations such as OWDA, AUDO, and HOSP. His expertise includes project management, planning, reporting, community coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and digital data collection using ODK and KOBO.
He is also passionate about sports and has volunteered with Skateistan. Known for his discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and strong work ethic, Zaman strives to leverage his knowledge and skills to promote sustainable development, social improvement, and youth empowerment in Afghanistan.
